my 9 month old son bit me last night and when i inspected his mouth for teeth i noticed that i was the top right tooth, is this normal?

Yep. Baby teeth are crazy. Some children get their lower front teeth in 1st, some their upper front teeth, and some their back teeth. Don't worry they will all come in, in due time.
