Root Canal?!?!

Question: could these be signs i need a root canal?
it hurts when i brush against the area of my tooth.
i had a filling done there last year because there was a cavity but i went back because it still hurt afterwards and the dentist told me it was fine
it still hurts sometimes but its not painful pain.
what could it be?

You may have a senitive tooth and there is tooth paste for that! Ask MD Wed
