no i personally dont rinse again with water, but it wouldnt hurt because tap water has fluoride in it naturally which helps keep your teeth strong & not decay as fast.
Yup! But I have taken to swooshing with mouthwash BEFORE I brush my teeth now - tastes better and still has the desired effect (and burns less!)
