Well i recommend the take home bleaching from a dental office. I have been in this field for 14years and if you bought 2 or more whiting kits over the counter you have already paid for professional results. The take home bleaching kit done at a dental office requires them to take an impression of your teeth. They pour up your models and then make trays that fit your teeth and only your teeth. Then they usually include 2-3 tubes of bleach. You will probably go through these tubes your first time around because you need to bleach 7-14 days. But then after that you can buy a tube of bleach from $25-$35 dollars that should last you all year. Because once you have finished your treatment you only need to do "touch-up" and you are back to where you started. I touch up once every 3mos. Most kits from the dental office run$99,$150,$225.
If you are worried about sensativity, do a flouride rinse 2hrs before your bleaching treatment and you should be ok. If your teeth are still sensative you could do one day on one day off. They should cover all this when you pick up your trays.
Alot of offices run specials around june for weddings, dec-jan for the new year and feb for valentines so check with your local dentist.

go to your dentist and get the whitener there, it is way better quality and actually works. The stuff you buy at the grocery store sucks. dont waste your money.
