Getting braces off?!
Question: Ok, so I currently have braces. I was just wondering, does it hurt when you get them off? I'd just like to know so I'll be prepared for when I do get them off.

Nahh, I had braces for nearly three years, so getting them off was a sinch. All they do is file the bottoms of your teeth, ensuring they're straight, pull the brackets off (you don't even notice, seriously), file in between your teeth, file the glue off, then you brush.
Viola! Beautiful teeth!

from what i've heard its a relief of tension in the mouth...i still have mine on so i guess i will find out too...you'll spend a week feeling your teeth with you tongue since they will be gone
