I have a sore on my gums from brushing too hard, what should I do to make it sto!

Question: rinse with warm, salty water, and wait. It will heal in time.

Answers: rinse with warm, salty water, and wait. It will heal in time.

Only brush lightly next time..

I did that many times too aha

take vitamins, dont eat for a while, stop brushing gums. drink cool water.

I find that Listerine helps heal the mouth better than anything else.

Oragel is great...or if you want to go the natural route, cloves work well too.

brush more softly
get a soft tooth brush

stop brushing so hard maybe use a water pick type system for a while

to let it heal use mouth wash for awhile, it will also stop it from getting infected. then bye a soft bristle toothbrush and just brush gently.

kept a soft toothbrush or a waterpick, and use Listerine to keep out infection

salt water works to get out infection as well, assuming you have a gum sore or something like that

lots and lots of salt water and vitamin E

Rinse mouth with Listerine 3 times a day till healed..take Tylenol (according to bottle instructions)to help ease the pain.
Don't brush so hard and be sure to use only a soft bristle toothbrush.
Also, rinsing with warm salty water several times a day helps.

rinse your mouth with baking soda and water a few times a day and drink some yogurt to replace the good bacteria in your mouth. For the pain, you can use oragel or chloroseptic sore throat strips work well, too, because they are easier to put right on the sore than a liquid.

I stop brushing hard etc it helped just dont touch it or brush hard. Just amkes it worse.
