RDA License Laws?!

Question:

RDA License Laws?

After January 2008, are the two tests required to get your license as an RDA or do you just apply for it after you've completed the required course work?

Sorry, I live in California...

Answers:

In order to take the Registered Dental Assisting (RDA) Examination, in California you need either twelve months of dental office work experience, or successful completion of an accredited dental assisting program. You will also need to complete Coronal Polish and X-Ray Certification courses.

Check out the site listed below, it seemed to be very informative.

I know this doesn't help, but in Texas, you have to go through an ADA (American Dental Association) accredited Dental Assisting Program, andpass 3 state boards to become registered, and then 3 more to become Certified.
