Do wisdom teeth always grow??

Sometimes, but not always. Usually people have 4 wisdom teeth, or third molars. If they are impacted, it means, that they are there but have not come up through the gums. Some people may not get all of them, and sometimes none at all. For instance, I've only ever had 3 and they are all impacted. You can see them on a radiograph (x-ray), but not in my mouth.
