How do you use a tongue cleaner?!
Question: This probably sounds like a dumb question but my dentist gave me one and I've never used one before...so do you just brush your tongue with it? Do you use toothpaste with it? How long do you do it?

no need to use anything other than the tongue cleaner. Just put the "swiper" part as far back on your tongue as possible without gagging and scrape forward, just like what a windshield wiper does to windows.
Do a quick rinse with water to get rid of the spit, and repeat the same procedure a couple of times. That's it!

lol, no toothpaste! Just set the edge against your tongue and go downwards scraping the white thing... Wash it if the thing accumulates and keep repeating until you have a clean tongue. Good luck!!!=DD
put toothpaste on it and just brush u tonge it great and u mouth will feel clean also use mouthwash
