Question: how do i know if my tooth is a baby or permanent and also my son is woobling his teeth out so what would happen if one of those teeth came out that he is wobling around would it grow back fast or slow?

teeth will grow in when they are ready. you generally start loosing baby teeth when your 5-7 years old. the new ones that grow in are permanent, and you only have one set of those.
