OK, the best way to whiten your teeth is to have it professionally done in a dental office. I'm a dental hygienist ..I do this all the time. Gel trays are the best ..they take a mold of your teeth and make a plastic tray that fits perfect on your teeth. you put a dab of bleaching gel on each tooth that you plan to whiten and wear the tray about 1 hour a day for 10 days. your teeth will be much whiter. This can cost up to 500 dollars..but you will have the trays for a really long time and all you will need to do is replace the gel in future when you want to re whiten. Yes your teeth might feel sensitive , you can rinse with a fluoride like act rinse. ( this will desensitize) . You dentist office may provide a prescription fluoride toothpaste to help. Whitening does not damage your teeth. You cant whiten by drinking milk. oh and you might want to get you teeth cleaned before you whiten to get the best results.
