Do the holes in my mouth from where my wisdom teeth were last forever?!

Question: They are so annoying and food keeps getting stuck in them!

I assume they do flatten out but how long will this take?

It can take months for the bone to completely heal and the holes to go away. Just make sure you are keeping the areas super clean so they will heal faster. I had the same problem with my wisdom teeth. The holes seemed like they would never close, but about 5 weeks after the surgery you couldn't tell I had extractions done.

I got mine out in Aug 07. My top right has completly closed up. The left side there is still a bit of a dent. It doesn't bother me. Give it a chance. When did you get them out?
