This is weird, but I felt something hard wiggling around in my gums just above one of my front teeth.?
I kept maniupulating it and finally it came out between my tooth and my gums. It was a small irregularly shaped piece of white plastic like substance with a little blue on it. I was a kid and had never even been to the dentist before, but it looked man made, not something that would come out of my mouth. I showed my mom and she didn't really believe me so I just threw it away. Did this ever happen to anybody else? What was it?

You body has rejected a foreign body.....congratulate yourself and give your gums a big thank you. It's hard to tell what that thing was but sometime in the recent past you put that plastic dude into your mouth and it got inserted into the gum. I've seen this numerous times in my practice so you've saved a trip to the dentist.
