do after, before doesn't do anything and it is actually bad for the natural substances on your teeth to brush twice in such a short period of time

After otherwise my food tastes horrible.
From memory you are suppose to floss and brush your teeth after each meal ... I stick to morning and night .... and it happens to fall before my meals.

I brush my teeth three times a day. After lunch, I brush my teeth because it can be rude to other people if you let other people smell your bad breath. Especially if you're around with many people.
