Do they sell replacement brush head for "Oral-B Vitality"?

I cant seem to find them in the store, so can I buy them online or do I have to buy an entirely new brush.

Im guessing thats how the tooth brush companies make their money. LOL!

I think the problem you're having is that you're looking for something that has the word "Vitality" on it.

I bought Oral-B replacement brushes on eBay for a fraction of the price for them at Costco. They fit my Vitality brush just fine.

I would log onto eBay and type in the search box "Oral B Replacement" and take a look at what comes up in the search results. If you see a seller with good feedback, send them a question and simply ask "Will these brushes fit a "Vitality" model?"

I just bought the "Flexi-soft" brushes and they fit fine. Hope this helps!
