I smoked for thirty+ yrs... so I will tell you that you are a full blown addict... you need to get off those things... I quit cold turky 11yrs ago and I was smoking 3+packs a day at the time... makes absolutely no sense to spend the money on whitening if all you are going to do is restain them... every one knows you are an addict... why try to put on the phony smile?
Why smoke to begin with? It's a disgusting, expensive, and potentially lethal habit for yourself, not to mention the damage it does to the people around you.
Yes, I use the white strips and smoke, but I notice if I use the crest mouth rinse as well as the strips, I get better results.
Yes you can smoke after removing the strips. Your results won't be quite as good b/c the smoking will restain your teeth.
