Would I need braces?!

Would I need braces?

I just have a little bit of overlapping on my front 2 teeth. Well, it is more like one is behind and one is infront. Other than that I don't think anything else is wrong. Would I need a retainer or maybe even braces?? I know I will have to see a dentist to get the true answer to my question, but I would just like a general idea of what you guys would think. But, I am going to the dentist in about a month.

If you feel self conscience about your teeth, then get braces so you will feel better about yourself, but if you like the way your teeth look don't bother. I got braces, but realized I liked my slightly crooked bottom teeth so I let them go back....They give me character.
