He has an iffection in his gum??
We moved here, but before we did, he went to the dentist and he had two teeth removed and the doc gave him some med for the infection in his gums.
Now his face has swollen up again and i can smell the infection on his breath..We don't have money or insurance. Any way to help this w/o paying a million?

If his face is swollen, this is not the time to worry about saving a hundred dollars. Any infection that involves facial swelling is dangerous -- and potentially life threatening. Facial swelling that is left untreated almost always ends up with a hospital stay which will cost you tens of thousands.
Take him to the dentist or emergency room. This type of infection is serious.
