Crest White Strips...when to use?
I just got some Crest White Strips upon recommendation from my dentist and it says on the box to use twice a day. It also says you can use them back to back by just rinsing the gel off your teeth after the first strip and then applying the second strip. Does anyone know if one way is better than the other (using them, say morning and night, or using them back to back)? Does one way whiten more than the other?

If I do it back to back, esp when just starting the system, it makes my teeth super sensitive. I usually space mines out at least an hour before going on the next set. Less sensitivity. I've used them for over 3 years and I didn't notice anything different when I used them back to back or day/night. Only saved some time, lol. I get the amazing results every time. The key is to keep up with them and do the whole system. Good luck!
