I currently chew smokeless tabacco (Skoal). Does anyone know the best way to quite chewing? Please help...?

Now i chewed Cope and what somebody told me was to gradually start mixing the jerky chew in with the regular chew adding more and more each can... this worked well with the Cope and i did quit chewing, but if you chew wintergreen or something flavored it obviously wouldnt have the same appeal.

i would recommend also trying the non tobacco smokeless tobacco. i think it's bacc off or something... i dont know if works but it's worth a shot
