Will I be fat forever?!

Question:

Will I be fat forever?

I hate being fat but I can't seem to find the willpower to diet. I am depressed that I am fat and then that makes me eat and so I stay fat. How do I break this cycle?

Answers:

First of all, stop disliking yourself and your fat.
Start loving what and who you are, look in the mirror and tell yourelf you love, YOU!
You are beautiful, and speak to yourself as you would to a best friend. Now, whatever has happened in the past and present with your weight, FORGET IT! THIS is NOW! TODAY! And from this moment on, things are going to start happening for you. Just for a few weeks, FORGET dieting and concentrate on commencing an adventure, and go exploring!!!
Stop and think, now and in the days to come; if you had the chance, what would you change, if you could? Please, this question does NOT apply to your weight. How would you like to look, if you could? How would you look different? Would your tastes change? How? What IS you taste in clothes? NOT as you are now, remember, but if you were very slim...how would you like to dress?
Romantic? Classic? Buisness? Casual? Think about it! And your hair....you're lovely hair....would you grow it? Or would it be styled shorter? what about colour? What would suit you? The internet have some good sites to explore. Pop into the hairdressers and let them know you would like to browse through their hairstyle books, as you're looking for something different and flattering; get use to exploring!! Keep a notebook handy and jot down styles, hairdressers that give excellent styling. next, go looking at new clothes. New styles in a much smaller sizing, and underwear, lingerie, get the feel of what its like to look, touch, dream, and then you will start to see how new everything can be for you. And just now and then, remind yourself, the way you are NOW, is NOT the real you, and pretend the real you and your georgeous figure is really and truely all there, but its just under cover under a bulky smooth zipped up thick layer of skin, and soon, everyone will see the real you, and when your'e ready, you will unzip the costume you have been wearing for some time, and you will step out of it, a confident and happy person, who is in control of her very own life! Thats YOU!! But ONLY when you are really ready. So there's no pressure!
Keep it your secret! Become a true professional on yourself! No one knows you, like YOU do!
Explore colours, and build up a book on styles and colours that really do the most and best for your skin toneings. Same with the colour of your hair. same with any make up.
Go to bed and wake up visualizing the new you, and gradually you will get excitied about it. When you go exploring, pretend in your mind you are actually purchasing the garments, and add them to the wardrobe of your mind. look at lovely things for a lovely home. Put yourself into beautiful surroundings, listen to beautiful music, borrow library books on make up, hair styling and fashion, and littel by little this wonderful new you will gradually start to emerge. In your mind. and THEN you will be ready to WANT to change your eating. i have done this.
Fresh summer fruits with squeezes lemon juice and equal sprinkled on cut up peaches, bananas, strawberries for breaky and apple juice. fresh fish rolled in plain flour and cooked in olive oil, with lettuce, half cut up tomatoe, slithered onions, mushroom, low fat salad dressinga and a good sprinkle of parmesan cheese, have a big serving of salad if want to. and veg soup or stir fry vegies or fish again for tea, peppermint tea, apple juices, sardines on low wafer biscuits, and walk to the shops and back again. I camped down at the beach, fresh air, fresh fish and etc, and dropped a dress size a month. forget the scales. Just enjoy yourself, and get yourself OUT of your comfort zone. I actually cut myself off from all my friends at the time, and gave the time to care for me. it worked, and I'm still getting to know new tastes in clothes. if you have a Millers dress shop there, you can buy a nice skirt, stretch top or two for next to nothing and treat yourself to looking nice at the time your starting your new eating plan. And browse the seconhand shops too, have fun trying on clothes, dream, but keep a low profile on what you have embarked on. Once you tell people, then it almost becomes a different ball game, and theres nothing worse than having people butting in on your weight programme. You be the boss of YOU! all the best with it. And be POSITIVE!!!!!
YOU CAN DO IT!!! And remember, you ARE a beautiful person. Aim high, look at the best, and collect lovely pictures of things that you admire and appreciate. If you were a princess....how would you choose to dress? And next, perhaps you could pick up a little 2 hour job a day? Perhaps you could look at those interests you had once, long ago? perhaps a special hobby? a course you may have wished you had explored?
Look at your talents, those things that you CAN do, and build on that! Never, ever, put yourself down. Love yourself, is speaking and thinking respectfully about the wonderful person you truely are. If there are things there, that you know are not good for you to do, and that cheapen and dirty the real you, wether its other people you associate with, or low values, then look at learning how to rise above it, by reading, enlisting in a course, or talking it over and getting help from a professional, do whatever it takes, to give yourself the best you know you can!! Live your dream!
because, i tell you what....if you don't, then no body else will for you. You can have a beautiful life, if you stay focussed on being beautiful on the INSIDE, because what is on the inside, is reflected in your smile, the way you talk and move, on the outside. happiness starts with you, and you take you around with you, everywhere you go. Make a descision, to always do the best you can, with what you already have, always try to look the best you can and this will assist greatly with your self esteem, wear a smile, look to be kind to others, helpful, and look for the good, and it will all come back to you.
