Do you mean your gums are receding? If so that is from brushing to hard. The only way to fix that is to have a graft done on your gums. Use a soft tooth brush and do not brush back and forth. However if you mean your teeth are getting shorter. then you are probably grinding your teeth. A mouth guard will help with that. But to get length back on your teeth is MAJOR work
