I know that the colours dont stain your teeth!!! i want to know what colours get stained by like spaghetti sauce and curry or coca cola

There are 3 kinds of braces:
1- Metallic brackets.
2- Clear porcelain brackets.
3- Invisible orthodontistry, consisting of clean trays that you change every two weeks.

On the Metallic braces, the dentist needs to put rubber ties, to tie them to the wire. These rubber ties come in many colours. You can chose colours that go with you, or colours that go with a coming holiday (example black and orange for Halloween).
The clear rubber ties tend to stain the most. They become yellow after a few weeks.
