What's the best way to clean a mouth guard?!
Question: I grind my teeth in my sleep so I wear one of those night-guards now, but what is the best way to clean it? I mean, I don't know if soap and water is safe as it's going into my mouth. Baking soda? Listerine, perhaps? I'm not sure.

I have mouth plates and i am 14! lol i have a tub thingy that i soak my plates in and i soak them in listerine and water. If you put a capful of listerine, and the rest water, you can soak them in the tub they should have given you. If you dont have one, then soak it in a cup or sumething or perhaps a bowl. brush them with your tooth brush aswell! Goodluck!
brush it like you brush ur teeth.....
Use toothpaste just as you would to brush your teeth... and frequent cleanings is a good idea.
