Why pain of the teeth stronger in the night?!

Question: Because oyur body is in relax mode. Your muscles are more relaxed, nothing is flexed, your nerves are also relaxed. So your tooth probubly hurts cause the rest of you is finally relaxed but you now start noticing the pain in teeth.

Maybe you grind your teeth while you sleep?

a number of factors..

the cold, gravity, and how your sleeping.
maybe the teeth are pushing down on the other ones..

go to the dentist though if u haven't =)

Not really, when your trying to sleep, ever thing thing is intensified!!!!

Go to a dentist, I'm pretty damn sure they have the best answer you need. Come on, solving this problem is simple! Go to your dentist! Go go go!

When you don't have anything else going on it is harder to ignore it so it seems worse.
OR it actually IS worse and you should see someone soon.
Good luck

If you are talking about when you lie down, it has something to do with your blood pressure. You'll notice that when you lie down your teeth may start to throb.

I don't know if you are using any teeth whitening products, but when I used crest white strips, alllll my teeth hurt all the time, so I stopped using it.

Laying down allows more blood flow to the head. This in turn allows the pressure from an infected tooth to become more intensified b/c the increased blood flow brings increased size of blood vessels which also puts pressure so you feel even more pressure which causes the pain. When standing, there is less blood flow to these areas due to gravity. Also, during the day we are often side tracked in our minds with other things to do.

Pressure goes up when you lie down, so more pain!! Doc W
