Crest WhiteStrips Premium?

I just bought the Crest White Strips Premium, and i'm just curious how far apart you're supposed to put them on? On the box it says 30 mins twice a day. So If I were to apply one right now (7:30pm) how soon can I put on the next set?

Also, how soon can I eat?

I have used them before and waited about 8 hours until I put the next ones on. In the beginning, it didn't really matter, but after a few days, my teeth started to ache from them. My friend and I used them at the same time and he said the same thing. Towards about the third day, we only used them once a day, but still had great results. They really do work! But to answer your question, I think a couple of hours in between is fine. Hope they work out for you!
