Crest white strips: the foam?
my mouth starts foamng after a few minutes, afte ri put them in. its kind of gross; any way to prevent this? --i mean its hard to spit while trying to keep the strips in your mouth

you can use a Q-tips, open ur mouth alittle and wipe the excess foam from the top of your teeth, with the Q-tip. I am cleaning my teeth now using deep bleaching , and it is yukky i know, but this way it helps decrease it. good luck
