depends on the dentist, but when I got mine it was $125 dollars.

Go to E-Bay. They have retainers for real cheap!!! like .99 cents sometimes

You'd have to call your ortho and ask. It's completely dependent on who you get it from. I'd ask your ortho about permanent bonded retainers instead. They're great for bottom teeth and you'll never lose it (a little joke, yes) :)
