If I drink beer as my last drink before sleeping , Should I brush my teeth?
Or would I being do more harm then good, I was told that drinking pop and then brushing your teeth afterward can actually hurt your teeth because of the acid,
Am I better off cleaning my tongue not scrubbing my teeth and rinsing with water ? seems logical but I am not a Dentist
