Retainer thingy----plz plz read?
well its not really a retainer but i had this plate thing and now instead of a retainer i just have to wear it at nite(did eny1 start off with retainer at nite.just curios)and another question is when do i put it in at nite and take it out in the morning

I would put my retainer in right after I brushed my teeth and before I went to bed. I didn't like mine much and then right when I got up, I take mine out and brush again cuz it gives me terrible morning breath (gross I know). I hope that helped. I had to wear mine full time before I could only wear it at night. Hope that helped
