My fisrt cavity!!!?
Ive always taken good care of my teeth and i found a cavity the other day. its my fisrt one. Now my moms side of the family has ginvervitas problems so i have always been causious about problems. the big draw back though is i have no insurence and i dont think i can even afford to do to the dentist unless they accept payments. any advice about cavities and affordable help.

you can use sugar free gum to stop the spread of the cavity if you chew it like 3-4 hours a day. use enamel strenthing toothpaste too. rinse with hydrogen peroxide for about 10 minutes a day -- it will whiten your teeth too! i have a kind of nasty one i have had for years -- it started and got kind of nasty but then stopped spreading and didn't go anywhere -- its just a weird spot on my tooth. its in the back and out of sight - -out of mind.
a trip to a dentist is a lot cheaper than a doctor. call around and ask how much a filling other than mercury costs. the whole mercury thing is a scam. people are getting them removed now because of the toxins in mercury.
