I like the listerine packets that you put on your tongue and they dissolve.. They really freshen up the mouth.

mints.. gum produces more saliva which makes your breath smell worse..

I would have said gum. It lasts longer so your mouth is fresh when you need it to be. Especially if you get really good gum.
