You've got to get it done, can you hurry and schedule it
for spring break? If you diligently take b complex
supplement before and after surgery, you can cut healing
time about exactly in half. You can go on the legitimate
Food and Drug Administration web site and pull up
study after study of surgical patients healing time being
cut in half by b complex vitamin therapy during healing.
Now most B complex formulas that I have seen offer
overdoses ranging from 200% to 1,000% of USDA
recommended amounts, I suppose because of the vitamin
overdose fad that is everywhere. The only B complex
formula that I have personally found that is not megadosing
is Rite Aid B Complex.
To get the rest of the range of nutrients which will help
you heal and that are difficult to get into your body when you
are miserable and can't chew, buy yourself a couple of
six packs of Ensure, it tastes like a pleasant vanilla chocolate
or strawberry milkshake and is designed to be tasty to
get nutrition into people with no appetite.
You might be able to be reasonably functional after only
three to five days, anyway that's my hope for you.

I doubt you will be comfortable eating chewey foods like turkey. soft food will be ok and take small bites that you can chew with only your frontmost molars--without having the food come down on the gums where the wisdom teeth used to be

First, you should call your dentist and ask her/him because it matters whether
--you got 2 or all 4 taken out,
--if there was any sign of infection,
--how hard it was to extract them (sometimes they are impacted insuch a way that it takes much more trauma to the surrounding tissues and stress on the surrounding molars than normal)

and don't be tempted to each hard foods or foods with small bits that can jam in your teeth like popcorn or brittle because if you break the surface of the gums that used to be over your wisdom teeth that area could become infected

Depends on you.Deep holes from wisdom teeth removal form blood clots, and if you wash them out you get a dry socket. This is painful and slows the healing process.Keep that in mind, but get the pain out your head so you can focus
