Waterpiks and plaque?!
Question: So i have a problem with plaque on my teeth. First of all i wanna say that i brush 2-3 times a day i floss everynight before i go to bed and i see my hygienist / dentist every 6 months like recommended. Thing is i cant get plaque off no matter what i also have braces so im guessing that only makes things worse. I have also HAD lots of cavities but now are fixed. So im woundering would a waterpik make things better..? whats the best waterpik out there (brand)..? or is the most expensive the best..?
Also i drink alot of coffee with maybe 4 surgers. If i have a few glasses of water would that take out the surger thats in the saliva ?

I have braces too so I know what you're going through. I just bought the Waterpik Ultra last month, and I'm very happy with my purchase. The Waterpik has worked wonders and it really helps to remove the plaque stuck in between my brackets. It comes with 6 different attachment-heads so cleaning is a breeze.
