yeah its normal. at least that's what happened to me. i had a bike accident and lost eight teeth and they had to pull another after that. i kept waking up too. it could be from the pain but you just don't realize it. it also happened to me when i had my wisdom teeth removed and a bone graft. so i would say if you don't get back to your normal sleep schedule by the time your mouth heals completely then i would ask.
