Gums bleading becouse of mouth tissue sewing string.?!

Question: The story:
last week 2 wisdom (the one's that grow last) tooth removed. They haven't reached the surface (becouse i'm too young (18)) and were growing crookedly. So after removing them the mouth tissue was sewn together to heal faster.

The problem:
Today, while brushing my teeth i cought the medical string and it looks like it ripped my gum in half :/ (maybe not in half, but it's still bleeding)
It looks like this:

xD/DDDDD etc.
x-for removed tooth
d-for other teeth
/-for bleeding/ripped gum spot

p.s. there is extra string lying around there and i am afraid to do any more damage :/

in my country there will be holidays for 3 days from now, and i need to do something myself.

Please help :/

HI
Stitches {sutures] usually remain in the mouth for 7 days during the healing process. If it was more than say, 3 days ago, that area will stop bleeding real soon. U really shouldln't have a problem. As for the extra piece of thread, if u just pull on it gently, it will come out. Its not doing anything at this point anyway. If for some strange reason, u have an abundance of bleeding, just moisten a tea bag and bit on it. It is very absorbing. And call an emergency clinic if that is the case. The extra thread will become very coarse and stiff and be very uncomfortable, so it should be removed just for comfort. U'll be fine.

Well, the body heals itself. Be sure to follow the post-extraction home instructions your dentist gave you after the procedure.

It would help if you don't aggressively brush in the area that the tooth was removed. Also, use Listerin mouthwash to keep bacteria from the area.

It's only matter of time until this issue goes away.
