Desperately need low cost dental care in NH or MA?!

Question: I just learned that my adult, disabled, low income son has 9 broken teeth and he is in constant pain. He has already paid $600 to have 3 teeth pulled this year. I never knew the extent to this problem until today. He has medicare which does not cover dental and NH medicaid does not cover dental for adults. There seem to be no dental schools in NH or VT, I did find 1 in MA that he is going to call on Monday. Can anyone suggest another organization that he can apply to for help with this dental problem?

Here is a list of places that should be able to help.

Tufts has a dental school in the Tremont St area of Boston. I believe there is one at BU as well.
