It's not sore at all... A strange kind of snapping like your teeth are breaking but they don't... The reason for the long appointment is.. they will do impressions again to get a retainer fitted if it's a removable one... or to bond the metal one to the back of your teeth..
don't worry your through the worst now ... enjoy eating an apple whole .....
it feels really weird
and twinges a little bit but nothing painfull
they just sort of melt the glue then take the brace off simple as
I'm sooo happy for you. I don't think it will hurt. Just be glad your getting them off! Good Luck!
I have braces and I can't wait to get them off. But I know people who got theirs off and they said it feels weird and I'm sure its not as bad as having them on.
