Wisdom Teeth Pulling? please read this.. worried?

hi im 21 and i noticed my jaw started clicking about a year ago i have a apointment to get my wisdom teeth removed in about a week and i was hearing that crawding teeth can couse jaw clicking.. is this true and does anyone have a experiance with this please let me know and info would be good
