sometimes I wake up with these horrible soars in my mouth on the inside of my lip and on my tounge...should I be concerned ? What could be some of the reasons that this is happening?

Hello, there are number of reasons of having mouth soars, it could be viral or becterial. it's always best to have a check up by your doctor or dentist.
