Teeth very jaged and chipped?
Ok so my teeth (especially my 2 front ones) are really chipped and jaged, is this from eating food or is it just natural for some peoples to be smoth and others to be chipped? Is there any way to help it smoothen out?

I had a small chip in the front. The doc smoothed it out. Took less than 5 mins. Depending on how big the chips are, they can do that also. There are also veneers that can be placed over your teeth. Are you grinding your teeth? That can cause chipping and wearing on your teeth. Not just the front but the back also. My husband's front teeth are chipped and the back is worn down. He has to wear a night guard now. I also grind and along with chipping, my teeth has moved forward a little. See the dentist and they can give you more personalized options. Good luck!
