People with braces?!

People with braces?

I just got my bottom braces removed and I got a retainer. The doctor told me that I should not use warm water, or tooth paste to clean my teeth. he did give me two Retainer Brite tablets that clean my retainer. So am I supposed to brush my top braces and don't brush my bottom ones at all? Can someone pease help me?

I got a weird retainer that fits over my teeth, but it is just plastic. Usually retainers are made of wires.

Hi; you got a confusing message from the office or there was a misunderstanding on your part. You need to brush all of your teeth and use floss where you can. The retainer can be brushed with water to keep it clean and then use denture cleaner tablets on it a couple of times a week. I know they told you that you will need to wear that retainer a LONG time so take care of it.
