Just had the wrong tooth pulled?
everybody said he is getting old but ive always used him so i went to him with an infecting an they xrayed me ..next they gave me a antibioctic..sent me home for a week ..so monday after noon im to get it pulled ..well they freeze u up so who knows what their doing in there ...he says bite down on this..u bite down ....3 hrs later i take the gause out an find out it was the wrong tooth..what should i do ???get a lawyer????i wanted that tooth ????

That's pretty serious. You might want to consult with a lawyer. Dentists have to have insurance, and if it was by his negligence, you would be due to benefit from said insurance. Also you need to alert the state dental board. Not trying to screw over your dentist, but maybe it is time to retire.
