Crest Whitening Strips!!! They work really well and you can get them at like any pharmacy like CVS, Rite Aid and much more!!!!! Also not to often cuz it will wear your teeth down, brush with baking soda!! It scrapes off plaque really easily!! But when you do brush with it have something to drink cuz it tastes really salty!!!!!
Crest White Strips or professional bleaching, but the strips are cheap and the bleaching is not. If you're you're young the strips should work fine though, just use as directed. And make sure you brush and floss thoroughly first!
I agree with other posts--- Crest Whitening Strips work great!!
I had mine whitened at the dentist, cost $500.00 but it has been 3 years and there still really white.
