Gum Disease?!

Question:

Gum Disease?

What type of gum disease causes bone loss and how is it treated?

Answers:

I would call this just periodontal disease. You either have bacteria going under you gums and eating away your bone structure. Another thing is your lack of calcium, which milk provides very good. The only way I know how it's treated is having a bonegraph surgery. What they do is cut your gum open, past the root, into the alveolor bone sulcus, then they pack powdered COW bones into your bone, which will eventually grow your bone back. I hope this provided with the best answer.
