okay when i was like in fourth grade i got my braces on for like 2 years...now im 20 and my teeth are startin to move it weird I can even move my teeth a little...i went to the orthodontist and they told me thats what happens when i dont use my retainers but she wont put the braces back on cause she says i dont need them but i think i do cause my teeth are startin to move...what can i do??

If you can get your retainer in, then wear it so it can start moving your teeth back. Once you've worn it for a while, if you still feel like your not happy with your teeth, make another appointment and let your Dr. know your not happy . Ask her what your options are. Sometimes they can have retainers with springs made that can move your teeth. When your teeth are moving sometimes they are mobile. That's a possible explanation for why your teeth feel loose.
