Am i too old?
im 17 i will be 18 in september im supposed to be getting braces on soon and the dentist said i would have to wear them at most 2 years . as i get closer to having them put on i cant stop stressing over my age , is this a good idea to get braces on or not?

You are not old, but you should only get braces if you really need them. Straight, perfect teeth aren't everything. Having little imperfections actually adds character. Jewel is a good example. I've seen alot of people do the whole veneer thing, with their perfect, mega-white smiles, and frankly, it just doesn't look natural and somewhat strange. Did you see Barry Gibb on American Idol recently?
