I have sores on my tongue in the shape of a V.?
The sores don't really hurt, but my tongue hurts a little bit. I heard that you can't get rid of these V-shaped sores, but is that true???

If these sores are at the far back of your tongue all in a v like shape and look just alike pretty much they are actually papillae that everyone has on the far back of your tongue. Most people don't notice them unless they stick their tongue out real far and look in the mirror. Don't worry. They are called circumvallate papillae.
