1.Make sure you brush and floss every day.

2. Stop drinking or limit drinking coffee, tea, and cokes. If you do drink, follow with water. Drink alot of water to keep your mouth rinsed.

3. Limit any staining foods, tomato sauce, etc. Rinse with water again.

4. To try to remove stains from your teeth, you can use a paste of baking soda, salt (your mom should have these in the house) and the tiniest bit(I mean tiny) of hydrogen peroxide (if you do not have this in your house, it costs $0.60- $0.99 at the drugstore. Look in the bandaid aisle.) Brush your teeth with the paste GENTLY! (it will not taste great) and then rinse with water, and brush with the toothpaste.

You can eliminate the hydrogen peroxide if you want.

Hope that helps!

well of cors brush your teath with so good tooth past floss and gargle and that is the best i got! sorry

use the whitening stripes

several brands make them

you can try a home remedy.........called baking soda & water
brush twice daily

Listerine makes a whitening rinse that you use everytime you brush. You would not have to buy those expensive trays, nor wait 30 minutes each time you use them. The rinse should have you looking good within 2 weeks. :-)

well i know that if yo gargle hydrogen peroxide that works

i've stopped drinking pop and my teeth are amazingly white along with brushing with baking soda and peroxcide. it works wonders! i love it it works better than the whitening tooth paste! just don't use this too much its hard on your teeth

Lemon juice, baking soda or baking powder can also be used for teeth whitening. Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth. Strawberries are natural teeth whiteners, simply rub them directly on your teeth or mash into a paste and apply.More remedies and information regarding your teeth at http://useinfo-dentalcare.blogspot.com/

Some toothpastes claim to whiten teeth. There's nothing wrong with using whitening toothpastes as long as they also contain fluoride and ingredients that fight plaque and tartar. Log on to http://tipsfromruby-teethcare.blogspot.c... tips to have sparkle on your teeth and keep them in good
