HELP ME~ I'm in serious pain and scared!?!

Question: I had all of my teeth pulled like 4 months ago & I wear dentures & the gums are healed & closed up. I dont sleep with them in & clean them regularly. Like 5 days ago I started having this constant pain on the lower left side of my mouth where your last tooth would be at & the pain goes straight down through the jaw bone. The pain reminds me of when I had teeth and I got abcesses & the area is tender and painful. I am also very swollen on the left side of my jaw. I think it is spreading to the upper part of my mouth on the left side where the last tooth would be at there bc now that is becoming painful as well. What is this kind of infection? What if the infecton is really deep in my jaw in 2 the part of the bone will I need surgery?Bc when they pulled all of my teeth out they also had to cut out the bone part that was damage What will they do 4 me 4 all of this?

some times they miss a small piece of the tooth and it is trying to work its way up and out.
but do go to the doctor.

That's something only a doctor or dentist could answer, you should seek medical advice a soon as possible before it gets worse!

go to your doctor and get antibiotics and then see what your dentist can do.
